Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can this machine handle multi-color overprinting on bottles?
A: Cylindrical screen printers are primarily engineered for single-color passes. Multi-color artwork (2 to 3 colors) is possible by running separate passes for each color. For accurate multi-color alignment, your bottle must feature a registration notch or positioning point, and a custom gear-driven fixture must be used.
Q: What additional equipment and supplies are required to run this machine?
A: Because this is a pneumatic system, you must provide an air compressor (approx. 2.2KW). In addition, you will need custom bottle fixtures, screen frames, squeegees, screen wash, thinners, and appropriate inks.
Q: What warranty coverage and after-sales support policy apply?
A: We provide a 1-year limited warranty. Any parts damaged under normal operation per the manual will be replaced free of charge (the buyer covers international shipping costs from China).
