1.Adopt Airtac pneumatic components from Taiwan, full pneumatic drive does not need electrical power, safety explosion-proof type, simple operation, high filling accuracy;
2.All stainless steel machine frame, the machine body using 201 stainless steel, and use food grade of 304 stainless steel material contact parts of the machine, comply with the food safety; the material contact parts can optional 304 or 316 stainless steel;
3.Filling volume, filling speed can be adjustable, bottom close positive shutoff nozzles ensure drip free operations; The diameter of the filling nozzle optional within 3mm-12mm;
4.Piston type filling, can be operated by foot pedal or by automatic timer, could transfer between semi-automatc and automaitc;
5.Use silica gel O-ring(cam bear 100 Celsius degree), comply with the food safety; Can optional silica gel ring or rubber sealing ring, rubber sealing ring used for anti-corrosion produce;
6.Double head with double cylinders, filling head can optional single head, two head;
7.Can optional the machine model: 10-150ml 20-300ml 50-600ml 120-1200ml 260-2600ml 500-5000ml;
